NHDP STATEMENT: This is Shaheen Country and Tom Cotton’s Extremism Is Not Welcome Here

CONCORD -- In response to Senator Tom Cotton visiting New Hampshire today, NHDP Chair Ray Buckley released the following statement:

“Last night in the Senate, Tom Cotton learned firsthand that you don’t mess with Senator Jeanne Shaheen. New Hampshire is Shaheen Country and while Tom Cotton’s carnival barker extremism might fly in Arkansas, it’s certainly not welcome in the Granite State. By bringing extremist Tom Cotton to New Hampshire, Republicans are once again showing how out of touch they are with Granite Staters.”
