Resource Page: Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice

It is important for all of us within the New Hampshire Democratic Party to deepen and broaden our personal growth, advance an organizational culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice (DEIJ); and to demonstrate our collective strength through the lens of anti-racism and anti-oppression. The 2020 NHDP Platform highlights these values.
The primary focus of this DEIJ resource page is to connect our legislators, activists, party staff, and party leaders with organizations, current tools and resources to meet this vision.
We believe diversity in our state makes us stronger and more welcoming to newcomers and business. As the NHDP, we support all people regardless of race, religious beliefs, disability, immigration status, national origin, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression (LGBTQ+). That’s why as a state party, we believe it is critical to have our NHDP Constituency Caucuses to reflect and celebrate the diversity of New Hampshire.
NHDP Caucus information can be found https://www.nhdp.org/caucuses
We invite you to share additional resources with Senior Advisor-Director of Outreach Sen. Melanie Levesque at MLevesque@nhdp.org.
