NHDP Statement on Ron DeSantis’ Upcoming Visit to New Hampshire

CONCORD, NH — Today, the New Hampshire Republican Party announced that Ron DeSantis will travel to New Hampshire to headline next month’s Amos Tuck Dinner. In response, NHDP Chair Ray Buckley released the following statement:

“Let’s be honest: Ron DeSantis’ real ‘Florida Blueprint’ is just a package of the most extreme MAGA policies. DeSantis’ track record of banning abortion, pushing for cuts to Social Security and Medicare, and refusing to address rising health care costs have no place in New Hampshire — much less the White House. As he joins GOP presidential hopefuls flocking to court New Hampshire voters, DeSantis should know that Granite Staters don’t want his extreme, right-wing ‘blueprint’ anywhere near our state.”
