Concord, N.H. - Tonight, Democrats Erika Connors (Hillsborough County District 15) and Brian Sullivan (Sullivan County District 1) scored victories in their respective special election primaries. Connors will face Republican Albert MacArthur and Sullivan will face Republican Margaret Drye in their respective general elections, both slated for November 7th. NHDP Chair Ray Buckley issued the following statement: "Congratulations to Erika and Brian on their victories tonight. Erika, a sitting school board member and small business owner and Brian a long time teacher and education advocate are both perfect to take on Republican legislative priorities because they care deeply about middle class families and know the struggles facing people today. They will compete to deliver two more special election victories and move Democrats that much closer to taking back the State House in 2018."
