Party Leader, Elected Official (PLEO) and At-Large Delegates

On April 27th, The certified district-level delegates will meet at a 10AM meeting to select the remaining 8 delegates, the convention standing committee members, and the Delegation Chair. Filing is open between April 15th at 9am to April 19th at 5pm. In order to be eligible to run as a PLEO Delegate, you must hold elected office in New Hampshire or hold a position within the New Hampshire Democratic Party. These positions include; county/town/local committee member, committee member of recognized constituency caucus, member of the NHDP State Committee, or Delegate to the 2024 NHDP State Convention.  For selection of At-Large and Alternate Delegates, priority of consideration shall be given to African Americans, Hispanics, Native Americans, Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders, youth, and LGBTQ+ Americans, if such priority of consideration is needed to fulfill the affirmative action goals outlined in the state’s Delegate Selection Plan. To continue the Democratic Party’s ongoing efforts to include groups historically under-represented in the Democratic Party’s affairs and to assist in the achievement of full participation by these groups, priority of consideration shall be given to other groups by virtue of race, sex, age, color, creed, national origin, religion, ethnic identify, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, economic status or disability.
