ZERO EXCEPTIONS: Bob Burns Believes There is No Circumstance Where Abortion Should Be Allowed

In the iVoterGuide questionnaire, Bob Burns reported that there were no circumstances where abortion should be allowed

CONCORD, NH — True to the Republican playbook, NH-02 candidate Bob Burns is trying to hide his radical policy positions from Granite State voters. He claims that his position on abortion restrictions and government control of medical care is not extreme — he is lying. When asked, “Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?” Burns answered, “None.” In a previous interview, Burns also said that he was proud to be “100% pro-life from conception.”

In response to this dangerous position that would leave women across New Hampshire without the lifesaving medical care they need, NHDP spokesperson Monica Venzke released the following statement:

“No matter how he tries to spin it, Bob Burns has made his dangerous position on abortion access clear. He supports a national abortion ban — including here in New Hampshire — with no exception for rape, incest, or the life of the mother. Granite Staters believe in less government interference in their private lives, not more. They will overwhelmingly reject this extreme politician and reelect a true champion for personal privacy, Annie Kuster.”
