Including New Hampshire’s “finest” twice-failed Senate candidate Don Bolduc
CONCORD, NH — Today, ahead of her first stop in New Hampshire tonight, noted election-denier and failed senate candidate Don Bolduc announced his endorsement of Nikki Haley.
During his second failed Senate bid last year, Bolduc made election denialism a key part of his platform, stating, "I signed a letter… saying Trump won the election. And damn it I stand by my letter. I’m not switching horses, baby.” Bolduc was such an extreme candidate that even national Republicans tried to keep him from becoming their nominee.
Bolduc’s endorsement comes after Nikki Haley was endorsed by Ralph Norman — an election-denying Republican Congressman from South Carolina who called for a military takeover in order to keep former President Trump in power after his 2020 election loss.
In response, NHDP Chair Ray Buckley released the following statement:
“Just two days into her campaign, she is already aligning herself with some of the most extreme MAGA figures in the party. Granite Staters are well aware of the election-denying, conspiracy theory-touting, anti-choice extremist Don Bolduc, and we made our disdain for him and his MAGA ideologies crystal clear last year. That’s the kind of person Nikki Haley wants to associate with, and New Hampshire voters will reject her extremism as well.”
