In a radio interview and at a press conference on Thursday, the Governor made clear that he is anti-choice by backing Senate Republicans’ budget, which not only bans abortion with no exceptions for rape or incest, but includes mandatory ultrasounds and would put doctors in prison for up to seven years for providing care to women in need. An abortion ban has no place in the state budget.
