Statement on NH’s Federal Delegation Delivering Federal Funds for 1 Million Free COVID Tests

CONCORD - Today it was announced that New Hampshire’s federal delegation delivered critical federal funding for 1 million free COVID tests for Granite Staters as COVID cases reach all time highs in New Hampshire. In response, NHDP Chair Ray Buckley released the following statement: “We’re grateful to our federal delegation for securing critical federal funds to provide one million free COVID tests to families, schools, and communities. Not only will these tests help us mitigate surging COVID cases as we approach winter, they will help keep our children in school and our small businesses open. While Chris Sununu has completely failed to prepare New Hampshire for a surge in COVID cases, the Congressional delegation is working to get our state through this pandemic and on the path to economic recovery.”
