NHDP Statement on the Passing of John DiStaso

CONCORD, NH – In response to the announcement of the passing of John DiStaso, legendary New Hampshire political reporter, NHDP Chair Ray Buckley has released the following statement.

“John DiStaso was a legendary political reporter in New Hampshire for over 40 years. John was a giant in all things involving New Hampshire politics, particularly in covering the First-in-the-Nation presidential primary. Every candidate made their way to speak to John and find a place in his writing. He will remain an irreplaceable part of New Hampshire politics. I am heartbroken to hear of his passing, and send my deepest condolences to his friends and family. His impact in New Hampshire will never be forgotten.”
