NHDP Statement On The 20th Anniversary Of 9/11

Concord, N.H. - Today, in observance of the 20th-anniversary of the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001, New Hampshire Democratic Party Chair Ray Buckley released the following statement: “On the 20th anniversary of the September 11th attacks, Americans everywhere are reflecting on one of the darkest days in American history. No matter how much time passes, we will never forget the ultimate sacrifice of those brave firefighters, police officers and first responders who ran into danger without hesitation. We will not forget all those who lost their lives that day, nor the heroism shown by Americans from all backgrounds who didn't hesitate to do everything they could to help their fellow citizens. “Just as the images of September 11th are forever ingrained in the minds of Americans, so are the thousands of stories of bravery and selflessness. Today, we honor the legacy of those who we have lost. While 20 years have passed, their memory lives on. We promise to never forget.”
