NHDP Statement on Matt Mowers’s Campaign Filing

CONCORD, NH – In response to Matt Mowers filing to run in New Hampshire’s First Congressional District with NH Secretary of State today, NHDP Communications Director David Pourshoushtari has released the following statement:

“Shadow lobbyist and double-voter from New Jersey Matt Mowers is an ultra MAGA extremist who supports the overturn of Roe v. Wade, embraces a plan to gut Social Security and Medicare benefits for New Hampshire seniors, and has accepted thousands in dark money campaign contributions from Big Pharma, all while opposing efforts to cap the cost of prescription drugs. New Hampshire voters will, once again, send him packing back to his home state of New Jersey.”
