NHDP Statement on MAGA Republicans Campaigning in New Hampshire on July 4th

CONCORD, NH — As Ron DeSantis, Tim Scott, Vivek Ramaswamy, and Doug Burgum descend on New Hampshire for the July 4th holiday, NHDP Chair Ray Buckley released the following statement:

“For nearly 250 years, Granite Staters have valued our freedom above all else. Now – on Independence Day – each of the MAGA Republicans campaigning through our state are pushing an agenda that attacks Granite Staters’ most basic freedoms: a woman’s right to make decisions about her own body, the ability for children to learn safely at school, the opportunity to pursue the American Dream, and more. This extreme agenda is out of step with New Hampshire voters and no amount of campaigning can change that.”
