Concord, N.H. -- This morning on WGIR’s NH Today with Chris Ryan, Senator Chuck Morse Morse spread dangerous misinformation about the highly effective COVID-19 vaccine and discouraged Granite Staters under 25 from getting vaccinated. Morses’ shocking comments come at the time when reports show that under Governor Sununu, New Hampshire’s reported vaccination rate is actually decreasing without explanation and that COVID cases are rising.

Ryan [00:09:38] Is there a concern about how the Delta Variants affects kids?
Morse [00:09:45] Yeah, you know, I talk to my own doctor about this because, you know, the Delta Variant, you know, and I don't know what's coming next, I mean, I--you know, I think we're going to be living with this for a long time. If--he basically, you know, convinced me that we've got to be very careful about trying to put vaccines into young people, and, you know, that was talking about people 25 and under. We need to understand this, and we, you know, I don't think we're quite there yet, and I think it's important that we get there, you know, as a society. But I don't want to learn a lesson and have somebody get hurt because of it. So I think right now we'd better be cautious on young people getting vaccines.
