Friends,
TOMORROW, September 14th, The NH Board of Education will be voting on whether to approve PragerU's 'financial literacy' videos for graduation credit in New Hamsphire's public schools. This vote comes at the request of Education Commissioner Frank Edelblut, who recommends the controversial PragerU financial literacy course for New Hampshire students.
PragerU — a far-right political non-profit, which is not an accredited educational institution and does not confer degrees — has come under fire for their highly politicized education content. The proposal, if approved, would be yet another dangerous step by statewide Republicans toward providing extreme political content in New Hampshire schools.
To make sure this troubling vote is not approved, we urge you to join in providing visibility and comments to the Board of Education. Our united voice can make a powerful impact.
The State Board of Education Meeting is TOMORROW, September 14th at 10 AM at Granite State College, 25 Hall St. in Concord.
