STATEMENT: NHDP Chairman Ray Buckley Responds to Sununu's Veto of Independent Redistricting Bill

Concord, N.H. – Today, New Hampshire Democratic Party Chairman Ray Buckley released the following statement on Sununu's veto of a bill to create an independent redistricting commission. "Governor Sununu's veto of a non-partisan plan to create fair voting districts shows that he's willing to throw away what's right, because he's scared of what would happen if every vote is counted. It's clear that Chris Sununu wants to follow the Trump playbook and rig our elections to help the Republican Party, his campaign contributors, and himself."
