Sununu Still Backs "Unfortunate" Trump Scheme to Raid Shipyard Funds

In Case You Missed It, last night Governor Chris Sununu confirmed that he still supports President Trump's emergency declaration that seeks to raid funding for the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in order to build his costly and ineffective border wall. In response to President Trump announcing that he wants $224 million in funding from the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard through the emergency declaration that Sununu said he supports, Sununu said "it was unfortunate." NHDP Chair Ray Buckley released the following statement in response: "Sununu confirmed that he is all in on Trump's border wall, and he will happily lie down while Trump tries to raid New Hampshire for hundreds of millions to build it. Spineless Sununu's allegiance to Trump is sickening, and it's hurting New Hampshire."
