Statement from NHDP Chair Ray Buckley on the Attorney General’s Investigation into Chris Sununu

Concord, NH - New Hampshire Democratic Party Chair Ray Buckley released the following statement in response to the New Hampshire Attorney General’s investigation into Chris Sununu for accepting nearly $20,000 in unlawful corporate contributions. “The contrast couldn’t be more stark: while Molly Kelly hasn’t accepted a dime from corporations, Chris Sununu is being investigated by his own Attorney General for taking $20,000 in illegal corporate contributions. With a new poll showing Sununu’s lead has completely evaporated, it’s clear Granite Staters want a governor who will put the people of New Hampshire first, not corporate special interests.”
